Shared Decision-Making for Multifaceted Team Benefit

2024-03-10

We cordially invite you to participate in a training program, which provides an excellent opportunity to enhance skills in the area of “Shared Decision-Making for Multifaceted Team Benefit.”

We offer a comprehensive training block focusing on developing communication competencies on various levels and providing constructive, motivating, and beneficial feedback both for the employee and the team. The training aims to increase participants’ awareness of the role of decision-making together with the team, which will contribute to reducing discomfort associated with providing such information.

During the training, we will discuss both traditional feedback, which focuses on analyzing mistakes made, and feedforward, which allows for generating solutions to prevent future difficulties and improve performance. This method is often well-received by employees and leaders because it not only focuses on pointing out mistakes but also helps avoid problems at the stage of their occurrence, thereby fostering the engagement of the entire team.

We will present the benefits of the shared decision-making approach and new methods of analyzing team benefits in an accessible and clear manner. We ensure that our training will provide practical knowledge and tools that can be immediately applied in daily work.

Join us and let’s explore together the potential of shared decision-making and multifaceted team benefits!

Shared Decision-Making for Multifaceted Team Benefit will be conducted in three different directions:

a) Effective communication with employees – multilevel;

b) Psychology of motivation in a nutshell;

c) Feedback as developmental feedback and feedforward as clear specified goals.

The training will take place on March 22nd and 23rd, 2024, at the INKU Inkubator Sektorów Kreatywnych. Additionally, online meetings totaling 4 hours will be organized, which will be scheduled jointly with the trainers and participants of the training. Upon completion of the training, each participant will receive a certificate.

🔵 March 22nd from 12:00-20:00

🔵 March 23rd from 10:00-18:00
