Social Media and PR Training

We warmly invite you to participate in a training program aimed at improving skills in the field of Social Media and Public Relations.

The training focuses on providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of both strategy and practical use of social media and public relations techniques. Led by experienced experts, the training offers a unique approach that integrates theory with practice, providing participants with the opportunity for immediate implementation of the acquired knowledge in their work.

The training will take place on March 8th and 9th, 2024, at the INKU Inkubator Sektorów Kreatywnych. Additionally, online meetings totaling 4 hours will be organized, which will be scheduled jointly with the trainers and participants of the training. Upon completion of the training, each participant will receive a certificate.

🔵 On March 8th (Friday) from 12:00 to 20:00, there will be a block dedicated to social media, led by Konrad Dembczyński. In the age of information overload, the concept of good marketing and effective advertising has been greatly devalued. Tests and experience demonstrate what works and what does not, allowing the acquisition of skills in using good patterns and intuition. Konrad Dembczyński’s training points out important ways to search for true information, provides a handful of experience, and a solid foundation for creating one’s own work methodology. During the training, you will learn how to prepare content, configure ads, and how this area has changed over the years. As a result, you will acquire skills that will enable you to independently create good campaigns and effective advertisements on social media.

Trainer information: Konrad Dembczyński has spent over 3,000 hours teaching and training. For over 8 years, he has been a lecturer at the Zachodniopomorska Business School in Szczecin, teaching in social sciences, including marketing, e-business, social media, graphics, and visual communication. For over 15 years, he has run his own advertising agency, creating effective communication channels and sales tools for small and medium-sized companies in Poland and abroad. He undertakes orders in computer graphics, web solutions, brand communication with clients on social media, film production, and social opinion research. He is the author of scientific publications in the field of modern technologies, IT in marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises, and the role of social media in promoting higher education institutions in Poland and worldwide.

🔵 On March 9th (Saturday) from 10:00 to 18:00, there will be a block on public relations, led by Jakub Gibowski. During the training, you will learn how to:

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS

Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders: clients, media, local communities, or investors.

MANAGE REPUTATION

Learn how to create, manage, and protect the reputation of a brand, organization, or public figure. You will learn how to identify potential threats to reputation and how to effectively respond to crisis situations.

CREATE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

You will learn how to formulate persuasive messages, adapt to different audiences, and utilize various communication channels.

DEVELOP YOUR CAREER

Skills in PR are highly sought after in the job market, especially in industries related to marketing, communication, and media.

Trainer information: Jakub Gibowski is a specialist in communication and PR, a spokesperson, and an academic lecturer. He supports organizations in building engaging brands and promotion strategies. A visionary, he quickly finds alternative solutions, redesigns plans to fit the current situation, and rapidly generates new ideas. He has been involved in the visual sphere for years – photography, film, live broadcasts. He has a keen eye for detail. He actively created communication and cared for the image of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, the Philharmonic in Szczecin, the Solanin Film Festival independent cinema festival, the largest post-apocalyptic festival in Europe, the OldTown Festival, the Pomeranian Technopark, and the West Pomeranian Business School – Academy of Applied Sciences.
